Google Expands Access to Gemini Spark Agentic AI for Premium Subscribers

Google is broadening availability for Gemini Spark, its agentic artificial intelligence assistant, targeting premium Workspace users. The rollout extends the Gemini 3.5-powered tool beyond its initial preview, though it remains restricted to high-tier paying subscribers.

In the United States, Spark is now becoming available to Google AI Pro subscribers, who pay $20 monthly. Internationally, the tool is launching for Google AI Ultra subscribers—a tier costing between $100 and $200 per month. However, this global rollout excludes several key regions: the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the European Economic Area, and Nigeria.

First unveiled at Google’s I/O developer conference, Gemini Spark represents a shift toward “agentic” AI—systems capable of executing multi-step tasks autonomously rather than just responding to prompts. Users can access Spark via a computer sidebar or through the mobile app menu to delegate complex workflows across Google Workspace.
