Real Madrid have initiated discussions with RB Leipzig for 19-year-old winger Yan Diomande, emerging as the frontrunner in a high-stakes transfer pursuit that includes Paris Saint-Germain and Liverpool.
The Ivory Coast international has designated the reigning European champions as his preferred destination. Despite the mounting interest, RB Leipzig sporting director Marcel Schäfer publicly maintained a firm stance regarding Diomande’s immediate future: “Our clear intention is that Yan Diomande will play for RB Leipzig next year.”
