TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 Exhibit Registration Closes Friday as San Francisco Event Nears

Standard booth packages include investor matchmaking access and 10 team passes before the October 2 cutoff

Startups seeking floor space at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 have until 11:59 p.m. PT on Friday, October 2, to secure an exhibit table before the Expo Hall roster is finalized. The conference runs October 13–15 at Moscone West in San Francisco, drawing more than 10,000 founders, investors, operators, and technology executives for three days of deal-making and product discovery.

The $12,500 standard exhibit package provides a 6-foot by 30-inch table for the duration of the event, 10 team passes, and Silver Tier sponsor branding. Crucially for early-stage companies, the fee includes access to lead-generation tools via the official mobile app, press-list access, and entry to structured networking programs such as the Deal Flow Café and Investor-to-Founder sessions. These dedicated matchmaking environments are designed to facilitate high-signal introductions that differ significantly from general admission networking, offering exhibitors a direct line to active venture capitalists and corporate development teams sourcing new opportunities.

For startups unable to commit to an exhibit booth or those who miss the registration window, general attendance remains available. The 2026 program features over 250 industry leaders across 200 sessions on six stages, with programming focused on artificial intelligence, fintech, robotics, and infrastructure. Attendees without booths can still utilize AI-powered matchmaking and schedule one-on-one meetings through the event platform, allowing them to engage with the same investor and operator ecosystem that exhibitors target from the floor.

Securing physical presence at Disrupt has historically served as a critical inflection point for early-stage visibility. Unlike digital-only fundraising cycles, the Expo Hall concentrates thousands of qualified decision-makers in a single venue during a period when many institutional investors are actively deploying capital before year-end. Companies that establish a footprint now position themselves within this concentrated liquidity and partnership cycle, while those absent must wait until the next annual gathering to access this specific density of stakeholders.

Exhibit bookings close definitively on October 2, after which no additional floor space will be allocated for the upcoming session.
