Bybit Launches Tokenized Shares of Nvidia, Apple, and Tesla for Trading and Lending

Eligible clients can trade and collateralize tokenized shares of Nvidia, Apple, Tesla, and three other US firms.

Bybit has expanded its digital asset ecosystem by enabling eligible retail and institutional users to utilize tokenized shares of leading American corporations, including Nvidia, Apple, and Tesla.

The rollout covers tokenized equities representing six U.S. public companies. Rather than limiting these instruments to standard spot market transactions, the platform has integrated them across its broader lineup of trading and lending products, allowing qualified users to post tokenized equities as collateral or deploy them in yield-generating strategies.

The initiative highlights a growing movement across global financial markets toward Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization—the process of creating digital representations of traditional financial instruments on blockchain networks. Tokenizing public equities enables fractional ownership and continuous settlement capabilities that operate outside traditional stock exchange operational hours.

Regulatory frameworks governing tokenized equity instruments remain stringent. Regulatory bodies such as the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission strictly oversee products tied to registered public securities, prompting crypto exchanges to restrict access based on user jurisdiction and regulatory compliance protocols.

With this integration, qualifying participants can incorporate equity-backed digital tokens into multi-asset margin accounts and institutional credit facilities alongside traditional digital assets.
