TechCrunch Sets Sept. 25 Deadline for Startup Expo Packages at Disrupt 2026 in San Francisco
Exhibition floor packages for the October gathering at Moscone West close Sept. 25 as organizers cap startup floor participation.
TechCrunch has set a deadline of Sept. 25 at 11:59 p.m. PT for early-stage and growth startups seeking to secure floor exhibition packages at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026, scheduled to take place at San Francisco’s Moscone West from Oct. 13-15.
The $12,500 exhibition tier provides companies direct placement on the Expo Hall floor, where organizers anticipate drawing more than 10,000 founders, venture capitalists, and corporate operators. Floor availability is capped, with space allocated on a first-come basis until the deadline or inventory sellout.
Under the package structure, each participating company receives a 6-foot by 30-inch furnished setup, Silver Tier sponsor branding across event channels, access to the official press list, and badge-scanning lead capture integrated into the Disrupt 2026 mobile app. The deal includes 10 Disrupt passes—comprising five all-access Exhibitor-Partner passes and five Expo+ passes—which carry a standalone retail value of nearly $4,000.
The push for floor visibility comes as early-stage tech ventures increasingly prioritize direct face-to-face dealmaking and enterprise partnership channels over formal stage presentations. In addition to exhibition space, organizers are offering a temporary $400 discount on general attendance tickets ahead of the autumn conference.
