Free Trunk-or-Treat at Sherman College This Friday
More than 30 decorated vehicles, fire trucks, and allergy-friendly treats await families in Boiling Springs
Families are welcome to a free Trunk-or-Treat event this weekend at the Sherman College of Chiropractic in Boiling Springs, South Carolina.
The community gathering takes place this Friday at 2020 Springfield Rd. in Boiling Springs.
Visitors can enter the Sherman College of Chiropractic parking lot from 5 to 6:15 p.m. Bags will be provided for children to collect candy from several decorated car trunks.
There are games at the more than 30 different participating vehicles as well, along with toy prizes and candy.
The North Spartanburg Fire Department will be on site for young children to visit with firefighters and see their trucks up close. There will also be demonstrations of spinal screenings by Sherman interns, highlighting the college’s long-standing role in chiropractic education since its founding in 1973.
Organizers will also be participating in the Teal Pumpkin Project, a nationwide initiative that provides non-food treats to make room for kids with allergies.
