Dubai Police Add 920-hp Lamborghini Temerario to Patrol Fleet

The hybrid Temerario joins a Luxury Patrol Fleet that also includes the Revuelto, Ferrari Purosangue, and Rolls-Royce Cullinan.

Dubai Police have added a Lamborghini Temerario to their Luxury Patrol Fleet, the department announced. The hybrid supercar produces 920 horsepower from a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 paired with three electric motors, and the High Performance Electric Vehicle can reach 62 mph in 2.7 seconds.

It is not the first Lamborghini in the force. Last year the police took delivery of the Revuelto. In recent years the fleet has also included a Ferrari 812 Superfast, a Ferrari Purosangue, and a Rolls-Royce Cullinan.

The cars are painted white and green with sirens and lights, and they are not static display pieces.

Brigadier Saeed Al Hajri, Director of the General Department of Criminal Investigation at Dubai Police, said the fleet combines an effective security presence with community and tourist engagement. He said the vehicles help people feel safe, showcase Dubai’s image to visitors, raise awareness of police services and public safety, and reinforce a police force close to the community.

Dubai’s appetite for high-performance police vehicles dates back more than a decade, and Lamborghini has been a steady supplier since then.

The Temerario marks a different kind of shift: a hybrid powertrain rather than a pure internal-combustion flagship. Lamborghini built and tuned the system for performance.

Dubai is known for its large concentration of supercars, a fact the police have long had to account for.
