Egypt’s Administrative Prosecution Opens Applications for Assistant Prosecutor Roles
2024 Law and Police Graduates Invited to Apply for Judicial Positions

The Secretariat General of Egypt’s Supreme Council of the Administrative Prosecution has officially announced the dates and conditions for applying to the position of Assistant Administrative Prosecutor. This recruitment drive targets graduates from faculties of Law, Sharia and Law, and the Police Academy, Class of 2024, as part of a new appointment competition designed to select qualified candidates for judicial work.
The Secretariat General outlined the following acceptance conditions:
- Applicants must hold a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least ‘Good’.
- The applicant’s age must not exceed 30 years as of December 26, 2025, which marks the final day for electronic registration.
- Candidates must possess the eligibility and suitability required for judicial office.
- Successful applicants will need to pass interviews and examinations conducted by the Supreme Council of the Administrative Prosecution.
- Completion of medical examinations, courses, and prescribed tests is mandatory.
Online Application Period:
Online registration commenced on December 15 and will continue until December 26, 2025. Applicants are required to accurately enter their data on the Administrative Prosecution’s official website, www.ap.gov.eg, and print five copies of the identification form.
File Submission Dates and Location:
The process for collecting and submitting application files is scheduled from January 3 to January 29, 2026. This will take place at the Administrative Prosecution headquarters in 6th of October City, El Nagda Square, daily from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Specific dates for each university will be announced on the official website.
The Administrative Prosecution emphasized that applicants must bring the following to collect their files:
- Five printed copies of the identification form.
- All required documents as specified on the website.
The Secretariat General stressed that any applications submitted before or after the designated deadlines, or those that do not meet the specified conditions and document requirements, will not be considered. Original documents submitted will not be returned.
