TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 Exhibit Bookings Close Tonight

Startups have until 11:59 p.m. PT tonight to claim remaining Expo Hall tables before the October conference begins at Moscone West.

Exhibit space at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 closes to new bookings at 11:59 p.m. PT on Friday, October 2, marking the final opportunity for startups to secure floor presence ahead of the conference.

The event runs October 13–15 at Moscone West in San Francisco, where organizers expect more than 10,000 founders, venture capitalists, and technology executives. Once tonight’s deadline passes or remaining tables are claimed, no additional exhibit spots will be available for this year’s program.

Securing an exhibit table places a company inside the Expo Hall, the primary venue for product demonstrations and direct introductions. The standard package allocates physical space for all three days of the conference alongside 10 team credentials — five Exhibitor-Partner passes granting full access to all stages and sessions, plus five Expo+ passes restricted to the exhibition floor.

Beyond physical space, exhibiting companies receive lead-generation infrastructure integrated into the official Disrupt mobile app, inclusion on the TechCrunch press list used by journalists covering the event, Silver Tier branding recognition, partner Wi-Fi access, and logo placement across the conference website and application.

For early-stage companies, the Expo Hall functions as a concentrated sales and fundraising environment distinct from the main stage programming. Unlike general admission attendees who navigate between scheduled sessions, exhibitors maintain a fixed location designed to capture foot traffic from investors actively scouting new ventures. The package also grants access to the Deal Flow Café, a designated area built specifically for private conversations between founders and venture capital representatives away from the noise of the main hall.

Moscone West has served as the anchor venue for major technology gatherings in San Francisco for decades, offering the square footage required to host hundreds of simultaneous exhibits. The facility’s proximity to South of Market tech offices makes it a standard gathering point for Bay Area venture firms during conference week.

Disrupt itself operates as more than an exhibition. The broader 2026 program features over 250 speakers delivering content across 200 sessions distributed among six industry-specific stages. Programming includes roundtables and breakout formats focused on operational scaling, funding strategies, and product development.

A central draw remains Startup Battlefield 200, the conference’s long-running pitch competition that surfaces early-stage companies before panels of active investors. This year’s edition will showcase more than 300 startups throughout the venue. Attendees can use AI-powered matchmaking tools embedded in the event platform to identify relevant contacts based on industry focus, investment thesis, or operational role.

General admission tickets remain available for those not exhibiting. Organizers are currently offering a 50 percent discount for attendees registering alongside a co-founder or peer, with steeper reductions applied to groups of four or more.
