Ousmane Dembélé secured The Best Men’s Player award at the ceremony in Doha, Qatar. This achievement followed his earlier win of the 2025 Ballon d’Or. The event recognized top football talent globally, celebrating excellence as part of the FIFA The Best Awards.

Carlo Ancelotti, the former Real Madrid coach, ranked Brazil’s Raphinha of Barcelona in second place. Kylian Mbappé received Ancelotti’s third-place vote. Ancelotti’s ballot was one of many submitted by national team coaches, captains, and journalists.

Dembélé earned the award for his outstanding performance over the past year. He guided Paris Saint-Germain to multiple titles last season, including the UEFA Champions League. His contributions were central to the team’s success.

Dembélé recorded 35 goals and 14 assists during the past season. He played 53 matches for Paris Saint-Germain across all competitions. These statistics highlight his direct impact on goal-scoring.

Dembélé ultimately triumphed over Lamine Yamal of Barcelona and Kylian Mbappé from Real Madrid. Both players were strong contenders for the prestigious individual honor.
