Uniswap<\/a> has launched Pools.trade, a zero-fee token creation platform built on Robinhood Chain<\/a>, mounting a direct challenge to established memecoin launchpads and capturing half of the network’s launchpad volume during its initial rollout.<\/p>\n

Powered by Uniswap v4, the platform waives creation fees entirely and enforces permanently locked liquidity for every token launch. Rather than routing protocol revenue to the core team, Pools.trade auto-compounds a 0.25% liquidity provider fee back into the locked pool, splitting funds 20% to token creators and 80% into the underlying liquidity mechanism.<\/p>\n

The deployment has triggered an immediate rebound across Robinhood Chain, where decentralized exchange volumes and daily transactions both climbed 50% from recent local lows. Pools.trade currently controls 50% of the network’s market share by launchpad trading volume and accounts for 40% of all new token launches, spurring rallies in ecosystem tokens such as Cashcat, which jumped 34% to a $130 million market cap, and Stonkbroker, which surged 35%.<\/p>\n

The release followed a chaotic pre-launch sequence after traders discovered the protocol’s underlying smart contracts before the user interface went live. Speculators pushed over $150 million in trading volume through the early contracts, forcing Uniswap developers to simultaneously support both test and final contract versions while delaying the official interface launch.<\/p>\n

Uniswap founder Hayden Adams<\/a> noted that the protocol has effectively functioned as launchpad infrastructure for over eight years because new assets traditionally list into Uniswap trading pools. To prevent unfair distribution tactics, Pools.trade incorporates both standard instant token deployments and a “crowd launch” model designed to deter insider bundling and bot sniping at market open.<\/p>\n

Currently operating in beta, Pools.trade debuted with native integration across Uniswap’s web app, mobile wallet, and trading API, alongside external distribution support from OKX Wallet, Bitget, GMGN, and Fomo.<\/p>\n
