Industry forecasts project the market for enterprise AI agents to expand toward $295 billion by 2035 as businesses shift from passive digital assistants to action-oriented agents integrated directly with enterprise resource planning and transportation management platforms.<\/p>\n<p>Addressable operational risks in voice automation remain central to deployment in commercial logistics. Anish Acharya, a general partner at a16z who joined HappyRobot\u2019s board during its Series A, cited the primary technical hurdle as engineering models that negotiate freight prices reliably without hallucinating financial figures during live calls. Kerry Wei, the investor at Prysm Capital who led the firm\u2019s check, pointed to unanimous customer retention metrics and operational execution speed as key factors behind the deal.<\/p>\n<p>Founded by Pablo Palafox, his brother Javi Palafox, and Luis Paarup\u2014who met on their second day of college in Spain in 2012\u2014the company retains its original division of executive duties. Paarup leads product and engineering, Javi Palafox manages operations and early sales, and Pablo Palafox oversees customer deployments.
