Beginning in 2027, the deal establishes a shared distribution framework allowing both Netflix and AMC+ to host all 371 episodes across seven television series in the franchise simultaneously.<\/p>\n

Under the revised arrangement, AMC+ will gain SVOD streaming access to the flagship series The Walking Dead<\/em> for the first time since the show debuted. Netflix has maintained exclusive domestic subscription video-on-demand rights to the original program since 2011, making AMC’s own digital platform reliant on linear cable and third-party windows. The licensing catalog spans seven distinct titles produced by AMC Studios.
