NUCA Details Land, Unit, Shop Transfer Process Amid Client Inquiries
CAIRO, Dec 23, 2025 – Egypt’s New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has clarified the procedures for transferring ownership of allocated land plots, units, and commercial shops across its new city developments. The Real Estate and Commercial Affairs Sector of NUCA issued a statement outlining the mechanism, responding to client inquiries.
The announcement follows a previous decision by NUCA’s Board of Directors, which established a framework for such transfers. This mechanism requires the settlement of all financial dues up to the date of transfer.
It further stipulates that procedures will be completed in accordance with Articles 22 and 29 of NUCA’s Real Estate Regulations and its governing rules, without necessitating the full payment of the property’s total price.
