TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 Expo Hall Tables Have a Sept. 18 Deadline

Early-stage companies must register by Sept. 18 for TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 exhibition space

SAN FRANCISCO — TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 organizers have set Sept. 18 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time as the registration deadline for early-stage companies seeking exhibition space at the upcoming technology summit. Expo Hall tables are capacity-constrained and will be awarded on a first-come basis ahead of the cutoff.

The annual gathering brings together venture capital allocation, corporate partnership development, and product demonstrations within the global technology sector. Its dedicated Expo Hall is designed for emerging startups as well as established venture capital firms, corporate strategists, and international technology journalists.

The conference’s exhibition floor operates alongside Startup Battlefield, its historical pitch competition. The competition has previously featured early-stage debuts from Dropbox, Mint, Cloudflare, and Yammer, with a small group of finalists pitching on the main stage for equity-free funding.

Expo Hall participation gives hundreds of early-stage companies broader access to investors and prospective clients through live hardware and software demonstrations. Each startup team receives a standardized 6-foot by 30-inch exhibition table in the main Expo Hall for the event’s full three-day duration.

Every exhibitor package includes 10 event passes per team. Companies can use the passes to staff their demonstration tables while additional team members attend industry panels, networking sessions, and private meetings across the venue.

The exhibitor program also combines physical floor placement with digital networking tools. Automated lead-generation software is embedded in the official conference mobile app, allowing representatives to collect and process attendee contact data during product demonstrations.

Participating startups receive access to the registered event press list before the conference. They also receive individual corporate profile listings on the event website and mobile application, while event-wide brand placement is distributed across conference signage and digital channels throughout the venue.

TechCrunch Disrupt originated with the TechCrunch 50 conference series, first held in 2007, and officially launched under the Disrupt moniker in 2010. Over the past decade and a half, it has taken place in international business hubs including San Francisco, New York, London, and Beijing, while maintaining its primary base in Northern California.
